- Must be current within the last 5 years

- FBI Clearance
- If you have lived within PA for the last 10 years. Print sign this form
- If you have lived outside PA at some point in the last 10 years, you must complete the FBI fingerprinting process that will require you to pay a small fee and go to an IdentoGo location. Instructions here.
